Ordering
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
When you see an item you like, click on "add to cart" and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on "Checkout" to confirm your items. After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "Submit Order" to finish.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU TAKE? ManaCulture.com accepts:

• Discover
• Store Merchandise Credits (Call Austin Location) All transaction currency must be in US dollars.

BILLING
Orders and credit cards will be billed as "Mana Culture".

WILL I BE CHARGED TAX?
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to all 50 states and Washington, DC. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for our physical address.

Shipping & Delivery
RATES AND SERVICES
We ship with USPS. Mana Culture will ship anywhere within the United States.

Rates are as follows:

2-Day Air $25

ORDER PROCCESSING
Orders placed Tuesday through Friday before 5:00 pm will be processed that day. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be processed on the following Tuesday.

MODIFYING AN ORDER
Once your order has been submitted, any changes or cancellations must be made prior the order being processed and shipped. Please call us (512) 707-0200 for any change requests.

ORDER FURFILLMENT
Due the nature of handmade jewelry and the availability of materials, Mana Culture will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not available. 

Returns & Replacements
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right please follow the directions below to make an exchange within 30 days of receiving your purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING
- Carefully package your merchandise, affix the proper postage, and mail to: Mana Culture

Austin, Tx 78704 - We'll email you once your return or exchange is processed. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange for it to be processed.

RETURN PROCESSING
We'll email you once we've received and processed your exchange. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks from the time you mail your order for your exchange to be processed. We are unable to guarantee that exchange merchandise will be available at the time your order is processed; in this instance, a different product can be selected instead.

Updating Account Information
You can update your account information by clicking "My Account" at the top of any screen on the website. There you will be given the option to change your password, shipping & billing address, and phone number.
